Rental period

Rent is charged per unit per day, with the start and end dates both counted. Items are delivered on or before the start date and collected on the end date.

Payment & deposit

The full rent, delivery charge, GST and a refundable security deposit are paid online at booking. Units are reserved for you only after payment succeeds. The deposit is refunded to your original payment method within 7 working days of pickup, less any cost of repairing damage beyond normal wear, missing parts, or deep cleaning.

Cancellations

Cancel more than 48 hours before the start date for a refund of rent and deposit minus a 10% fee. Within 48 hours, the rent for the first day and the delivery charge are non-refundable.

Extensions

Extensions depend on availability. Book the extra dates on the website or call us before your end date.

Care & access

Please use items as intended, keep them indoors unless they are outdoor furniture, and ensure our crew can access the delivery location (lift, parking, venue passes) at the agreed time.
